The Law Office of SHENTI MANURUNG & PARTNERS LAW FIRM was established in 2007 as a tangible manifestation of the founders’ active participation in law enforcement in order to achieve justice and legal certainty for people who need legal services. The community’s need for legal services will certainly increase along with the increasing public awareness of the rights and obligations of every act or decision that has legal consequences both now and in the future that it does both in business activities and other actions.
SHENTI MANURUNG & PARTNERS LAW FIRM's was established with the intention to serve the needs of the wider community, both individuals and corporations, for legal services. In order to achieve these aims and objectives, the SHENTI MANURUNG & PARTNERS LAW FIRM carries out the following business activities:
Acts as an Advocate
Provide legal advice in terms of proceedings in the Judicial Institution (Litigation)
Acts as the Client’s representative to resolve problems that arise due to legal disputes outside the court (e.g. Police, Prosecutor's Office, Manpower Service)
Acts as a companion and advocate for the Client in cases of Civil Law, Criminal Law and Public Law
Acts as an Legal Consultant
Provide consultations and legal opinions and make the required engagements required by the Client with third parties
Make a Legal Audit Report related to the Client’s business activities or legal issues
Provide an explanation of the core problem of the case to the Client in a clear, complete, and fair manner according to the applicable law in Indonesia
Copyrights, Brand, and Patent
Providing Legal Consultations on the use, utilization of Copyrights, Brands and Patents (Intellectual Property Rights) both for personal activities or business/social entities
Legal Education and Training
Conducting legal education and training for companies that require as needed
Management of Notary Deeds/Land Titles Registrar
Cooperates with several Notaries/Land Titles Registrar and Tax Consultants in providing legal services so that Clients can save time and energy if those services are needed by the Clients at the same time
Other Services in accordance with the Agreement with the Client
Providing services according to Clients needs such as investigating debtor/counterpart asset investigation, conducting legal audit, and others
